June 29, 2007 NEWS RELEASE EQUIBASE LAUNCHES 2007 VIRTUAL STABLE® BREEDERS’ CUP NOTIFICATION SERVICE Equibase Company LLC has launched the 2007 Virtual Stable® Breeders’ Cup World Championships notification service, which provides a daily e-mail of workouts, entries and results for the top contenders for all 11 of the World Championship races. The service is free through http://www.ntra.com and http://www.equibase.com. “With the Breeders’ Cup expanding from 8 to 11 championship races this year, fans will be following the progress of even more horses than they have in the past and the notification service will enable them to do that in a comprehensive manner,” said marketing and communications manager, Rhonda Norby. Each notification includes a list of upcoming televised races and links to information such as entries, result charts and past performance programs. The service tracks approximately 25 horses per division, including the top 10 horses in the Breeders’ Cup World Championships Poll. Information on foreign horses is included when possible with the assistance of various international organizations. The notifications will conclude following the 24th Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Monmouth Park on October 26-27.
