Bill Nader, senior vice president of the New York Racing Association, and Dan Fick, the executive vice president and executive director of The Jockey Club, have been appointed to the Equibase Management Committee, it was announced today by Alan Marzelli, the chairman of Equibase.

Nader replaces Terry Meyocks, who served on the Equibase Management Committee for three years as one of six representatives of the Thoroughbred Racing Associations (TRA) and Fick fills one of The Jockey Club’s six seats on the board.

“Terry was an outstanding board member,” said Marzelli. “His knowledge of the industry, his integrity and his interpersonal skills were of great value to Equibase, and his guidance and support helped shape many of the successful initiatives launched during his tenure. We will always be grateful for his service.”
