The comprehensive agreement between the leader in televised horseracing and
interactive wagering and Thoroughbred racing's Official database includes
exclusive branding, marketing and cross-promotional rights as well as plans
for the development of new handicapping products.
Los Angeles, CA (June 7, 2000). TVG announced today that it has reached an
agreement with Equibase Company LLC, the Thoroughbred Industry's Official
Database for Racing Information, for Equibase to be TVG's Official supplier
of Thoroughbred racing information and statistics. Equibase will
electronically produce TVG-branded editions of its fan friendly race pages,
which feature visually -appealing, easy-to-understand handicapping
information. In addition, past performance products for the more
sophisticated fan will be developed jointly by the two companies for retail
sale exclusively on TVG's online wagering system and websites.
"We have spent a considerable amount of time evaluating racing information
providers and the challenges that we face in delivering convenient,
easy-to-understand information to our customers for the optimum in-home

As part of the agreement, Equibase will make TVG-branded editions of its
products available for purchase to accompany the TVG broadcast schedule.
Several prominent links to equibase.com will also make entries, results,
changes, charts, and other information conveniently accessible on all TVG
websites. Additionally, the companies will jointly explore the development
of a custom labeled "TVG Print Program" that would be available for home
delivery to TVG customers.
