In its ongoing effort to enhance the information content
available to racing fans on equibase.com, Equibase Company today
announced the integration of AXCIS TrackMaster speed and class ratings
into its fan friendly race programs available online.
"The addition of AXCIS TrackMaster-supplied speed and class ratings
further enhances the online fan friendly program's usefulness and appeal
to a broad market of fans, including those whose knowledge of racing
comes from watching television or surfing the Internet," said Equibase
executive vice president of sales and marketing Hank Zeitlin. "The
ratings are important new elements which users of the online fan
friendly program will find helpful when studying the races."
The AXCIS TrackMaster speed and class ratings are the same ones now
being offered in live and simulcast hard copy race programs nationwide.
Additional new features in the online fan friendly program include
highlighted prior matchups in the past performance line and a bar graph
depicting each runner's prior race speed figure.
Zeitlin also announced that the Company has begun offering AXCIS
TrackMaster selections for purchase on equibase.com.
"Much like the new features incorporated into the online fan friendly
programs, the availability of AXCIS TrackMaster handicapping selections
on our web site provides handicappers of all abilities with additional
information on which to base their handicapping decisions," he said.
"Together with the recent launch of a streaming race results ticker and
our agreement to receive a live tote feed from Autotote, the
availability of AXCIS TrackMaster products and proprietary ratings
further demonstrates our commitment to making equibase.com a
comprehensive destination for anyone following Thoroughbred racing."
