Automatically Renewing Subscription with Rollover Downloads™
Equibase now offers Rollover Downloads™ for all subscriptions that automatically renew.
Rollover Downloads™ are unused, accumulated downloads that carry over from month to month for up to 12 months. Can’t find the time to handicap during the month, or your favorite tracks are not running at the moment? The benefit of Rollover Downloads™ is that you can keep unused downloads and use them when you need them. And, Rollover Downloads™ are handy for those times when you want to handicap more!
You are opted in to an automatically renewing subscription at the point of purchase but you can choose to opt out before even completing your purchase. You can also opt out at any time simply by going to your “my purchases” page and clicking “change” on your subscription status.
Please note the following about automatic renewal of subscriptions:
 | Auto renewal will occur at the end date of your current subscription |
| Auto renewal will occur sooner if you use all of your downloads in the time period and attempt an additional download prior to the renewal date |
| You can opt out of auto renewal at any time but will forfeit all unused downloads at that time |
Please note the following about Rollover Downloads™: |
| Rollover Downloads™ are only for those with an active, automatically renewing subscription |
| All unused downloads will carry over to the next month as long as your subscription continues to automatically renew |
| Any unused downloads are lost when a customer opts out of auto renewal or defaults on a payment |
| Any unused downloads are lost at the end of the 12 months from date of purchase |
If you are purchasing your first subscription, make sure that 'automatically renew' is checked to ensure you keep all your Rollover Downloads™.
